Question: I have chronic bowel obstructions, for which I have been hospitalized 5
times in the last 8 months. Will turmeric (or anything) help?

I am sorry about the problem.

I am not sure the reason for bowel obstructions. What was the exact diagnosis of the disease?
Turmeric is known to have good effects on normal metabolism, acts as anti inflammatory as well. I recommend taking turmeric as part of your normal food preparation and not as extra supplements. Supplementation leads to excess intake sometimes and cause more adverse effects.
