Question: Can u take vitamins d3 and k2 with amlodipine ? as I am suffering from high blood pressure..

Ive heard that k2 increase blood clotting ? if it does then would it be dangerous for me ?as I need to have a good blodd flow as I have high blood pressure..

Regarding your concern, I agree with you on the fact that vitamin K2 can increase blood clotting.

Anyway, in low doses, it doesn't affect blood clotting, but it can help reinforce your bones.

So, if you have a past medical history of stroke , I would not have taking it. Otherwise, it is not counter indicated.
