I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Let me tell you that in case of twins, they need to remain packed in a close space and the shape of head may get distorted to some extent depending on the space available. Usually much of it eventually gets corrected on its own. However, in order to ascertain whether treatment might be required a proper observation/evaluation is needed.
