Question: Can urinary urgency or feeling that bladder has not emptied completely in 30 year old male (that has had 2 negative urine culture) be related to anxiety? If so, what treatment could be helpful?

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted problem of Urgency for urination with feeling of incomplete emptying of bladder with no evidence of UTI that you have is mostly due to what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome (OAB).

Taking Darifenacin once daily will resole the issue.

You would see the results after two weeks of staring the medication and have to take medication for 3-4 months to get it cured completely.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
