Brief Answer:
It should not be a hinderance, but better to treat it and then try

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help you. Vaginal infections do not cause a great deal of interference with your fertility, although they can cause some amount of change to the vaginal pH and so on, but this is very rare and usually fertilisation/conception can occur even with the infection.

But it is always best to get the infection treated and then start trying to conceive. I would recommend the following:

+Get a urine culture and sensitivity test conducted which will provide us with information on the most effective antibiotics that can be used to rid you of the infection
+Get a vaginal swab test conducted and send this also for a culture and sensitivity examination which will also provide us with information on the best antibiotic that can be used to effectively treat the infection, in case the above investigation fails to provide that information
+Stop all forms of sexual contact until the treatment is effectively completed, and for at least 2 weeks after the last day of the treatment (last dose of the tablets prescribed)
+Keep your genitalia clean and change your inner wear at least twice daily
+Drink plenty of fluids

Treating the infection will help increase your chances if everything else has returned normal. I hope and pray for your rapid recovery and conception. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
