Can Varicocele Have An Affect On Testosterone Levels In The Body?

Question: Hi Doctor ,

I sent you 4 5 pics, have you not received them? and is there a faster way wherein I can get the replies instantaneously.

I get early morning erections(Not sure if that will be hard enough to penetrate). I feel no pain or discomfort of any kind while masturbating. I am also able to ejaculate semen perfectly without pain or discomfort of any kind. I masturbate twice a week or sometimes 3-4 times in a week. What is the right frequency of masrurbation that doesn't impact detrimentally on a man's health.

Also I have started considering my penis health very very carefully since I was not able to penetrate my girlfriend in the month of December(Last year). she is slim and 22 years old.

Thanks for your query ,There are no photographs attached with your query .

Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you hare facing problem in penetration of vagina during sexual intercourse with your girl friend .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Upload photographs of penis after erection from front and sides .
2) Does your girlfriend get pain while attempting to penetrate vagina during intercourse?
3) Do you spend adequate time in foreplay so as to get her vagina well lubricated ?

.I would answer your queries as detailed below
1) Giving a Fellatio oral sex or blow job in standing position does not cause any damage to your penis nor weaken your penis

2) Failure to penetrate can be either due to tight vagina what is called as Vaginismus or due to inadequate lubrication of vagina due to not spending enough time in foreplay.You need to get her checked by a qualified Gynecologist to rule out Vaginismus .

3) Hardness of the penis can be judged on palpation of your penis in person or on viewing photograph of your penis on erection .

4) A penis of a size of 5.8 inches after erection is adequate and hard enough to penetrate

Hi Doctor,

Attached 18 pics. Please respond with the detailed answer.

I feel my penis is not very hard and doesn't stand like a man. It falls if u don't catch it with hand. Also I think shape is slightly bent downwards and right. Also see scrotum and tell me about Varicocele and it's stage.

I am getting married in 3 months, please give detailed information on how I can get hard erections, maintain erection and how t get it straight and facing upwards when erected.

please also suggest some creams to make it fair, my body color is very fair I don't know why that is dark.
