Brief Answer:
Yes it is possible
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Most viral infections cause fatigue, lightheadedness, lack of energy and feeling of detachment during period of acute infection which can last from 3 to seven days. Considering this fact and knowing that you have there symptoms for just 2 days I feel possibility of viral infection causing them cannot be ruled out.
In addition, the increase in these symptoms during movement supports other causes rather than pure anxiety. This is because movement often decreases the anxiety symptoms but increases the symptoms of infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Is there anything I can do
Brief Answer:
I do not think it is necessary
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Considering the mild nature of symptoms I feel there is no need to do any specific thing as they are likely to disappear in a few days (3-7 days).
In case this does not help you (time) you may need to see a doctor in your city. This is because viral infections are mostly self-limiting illnesses but if this persists there may be a need for considering alternative reasons such as bacterial illnesses.
Hope I have answered your query.
