Question: is it safe to still drink vitamin E capsule even if im 6 weeks pregnant?

400 UI of Vit E during pregnancy is the recommended daily dosage.
Hence be calm .
Don't take much more 400 UI per day because some date show that it may cause decrease of birth weight.
