echzema
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The commonest infection affecting the vulva is fungal. Usually, the inner thigh skin infections can spread to the vulva skin and cause echzema which could be secondary to sweating or scratching etc.
Application of broad spectrum cream like KETO 4s twice daily after thorough washing will help.
If there is itching then, Tab CPM 2mg taken in the night after food for 5 days will provide relief.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health,
Regards,
