You should avoid paracetamol until temperature crosses 100 or 101
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
In my opinion you should avoid paracetamol or other drugs until your body temperature crosses 100 or 101.
You need not to worry about this slight variation in temperature.
first of all I will answer your questions
It's alright to sweat and bring down body temperature, no issue in it.
Sun exposure can lead to slight elevation in temperature for short period of time not persistently high temperature.
In my opinion you should not take Azee 500 me just for cold and slight elevation in temperature. It's an antibiotics which should not be taken indiscriminately, without consulting a doctor.
I would advise you to do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash.
you should take vitamin C supplements
you can take anti allergic drug like levocetirizine or fexofenadine group of drugs.
Here I would like to know if you are having sore throat, difficulties on swallowing, running nose or cough?
Please write back to me for follow up and further clarification.
Best wishes

You should take symptomatic treatment as of now
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
Rise in external temperature generally doesn't increases body temperature when exposed for shorter period of time.
Headache, sore throat and fatigue might be related to viral fever or pharyngitis (either infective or allergic)
Take symptomatic treatment for a day or two if it doesn't help than you should see a doctor for physical examination and a course of antibiotics if need arises.
Meanwhile you can take paracetamol for headache; have lots of fluids and multivitamin supplements, fresh fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly to counter fatigue.
Anti allergic drug like wikoryl for sore throat and cold.
Do gargling and steam inhalation.
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes

Thank you very much for your replies. one last question which has bothering me for quite some time and would appreciate if you clear my doubt urgently.
whenever I stretch my neck backwards to the maximum that I can and I feel the stretch to be maximum, I have a slight bout of cough. is this normal or can there be any pathological condition behind this?
Thanks and regards,
This is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
This could be normal because stretching of the neck may cause partial obstruction of the air pipe and might cause cough so you need not to worry about this.
Hope this answers your question
Regards
