Brief Answer:
find the answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way. XXXXXXX mainly comprises of Galena, amorphous carbon, zincite, magnetite, and minimum. If your baby is constantly exposed to these elements, or over a period, it will create an excessive storage of lead in his body. The excessive amount of lead stored will be extremely harmful to your little one.
Using XXXXXXX can lead to watery eyes, itchiness, and even allergies. When XXXXXXX is washed off during a bath, it can pass down the small and narrow opening between the eyes and the nose. This opening can get blocked, causing infections.
Applying XXXXXXX to a newborn's eyes is an age old tradition practised in many parts of the country. Well-meaning relatives and friends may advise you to apply surma or XXXXXXX to your newborn's eyes to ward off the evil eye . According to an old wives' tale, applying XXXXXXX or surma will help your baby's eyes become bright, large and attractive. But there is no evidence to suggest this is true.
Hence I would not suggest you to apply XXXXXXX around eyes or eyebrow.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
