Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.

I have gone through your query and also the attached reports and I would like to offer some information.

You have not mentioned your aunt's previous medical history and if she has been undergoing regular medical checkups.

According to the report, there is a suspected growth in the cervix which needs further evaluation. There is also another cystic lesion near the kidney which also needs clinical evaluation. However, the latter is not the likely cause for the bleeding, but the former is.

Therefore, I would ask you to see a gynecological oncologist and also a surgeon/physician for a proper evaluation and plan further management.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Shanti.V.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back.

I have gone through the CT scan report. It is obvious that there is a growth in the cervix. A biopsy will help plan further management by allowing the histopathological examination.

She is going to need a surgery and post-surgical follow up. Please see an oncologist immediately to plan further treatment.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

Regards,
Shanti.V.
