Can We Remove Hair Removal Cream Stuck Underneath The Skin On Our Own?

Question: My daughter has gotten some hair removal cream trapped beneath her skin. It doesn’t appear infected. We have tried to remove it with a needle to no avail. We are concerned that there is a risk of infection unless removed. Or will it seep out naturally over time?
Brief Answer:
Go to physician to remove it.
