Can We Take Mifty Kit (mtp) For Termination?
Question: Lmp was 28/2/2021 and we had sex on 25 March 2021.Her period was due on 28 March but still not happened.
Doc has advised a mifty kit (mtp)for termination .Just want to confirm can the medicine be taken so early as we had sex on 25th March .What shall we do??
Wait and take the medicine as per the date ??..also till what time can this medicine be safely taken .
Also just for my sake can you tellme how to take it as it’s a termination medicine and we want 2 views of doctors .

Delay in periods does not confirm that she is pregnant. You need to do a urine test to confirm that the delay in periods is due to pregnancy. After that get an ultrasound scan done to rule out any ectopic pregnancy.
Then if you want to terminate the pregnancy then take mifepristone tablet on day 1. Followed by misoprostal 2 tablets 12 hours later and then again 24 hours later. These can be taken orally. But it is best to take it under guidance of your gynecologist as it can cause excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion and other complications also.
You can take these upto 7 weeks pregnancy- nearly before 20 th April.

Till when should I do the pregnancy test if it’s coming negative ? I have already shared the details with u.
Also the medicine mifepristone I was told to take day 1 orally then wait for 36 hours and place two tablets vaginally and wait for more 12 hours and take 2 more vaginally...I was told this can also be taken bucally keeping it in the side cheeks right and left abd let it stay for 30 minutes then drink the left over with water.

Then how much wait to take next 2 remaining tablets ?? Also if the bleeding starts with the first two tablets itself then is it necessary to take the remaining 2 tablets of misoprostal? Whole 4 tablets of misoprostal is necessary even after bleeding starts from the first 2? This is first question
The second question is after we had intercourse she took ipill within 30 minutes.Also we had anal intercourse but the condom was broken and I had released sperms outside(floor) after 5-6 seconds on withdrawal .If the pregnancy urine test at home comes negative for the next 2-3 days then what could be the reason for delay in periods? I thought I shall let u know each detail for better response.
Please answer both questions separately .

I have seen the test you have done. It is negative and rules out pregnancy. It is best to wait for periods to start on its own for at least one more week.
