Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

I shall have to answer XXXXXXX 3D effects based on the ingredients it has:
1. Arginine, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine -- all these protein containing substances of which arginine releases NO (Nitric Oxide) a potent vasodilator that is a neurotransmitter in our body and may alter the balance for good or bad as very delicate balance exists and optimal amounts are existent for appropriate physiological functions.

2. Caffeine - A CNS stimulant that can have stimulant effects on the cardiovascular system in high amounts along with the brain. Mostly detrimental apart from awakening and euphoric effects in the short term.

And formulations not approved by USFDA may contain other ingredients which are not standardized and may harm you in the long run. And it is clearly banned as a part of the dope testing in sportspersons.

Erectile dysfunction is usually bettered by NO, as it causes vasodilatation. But, NO released from XXXXXXX 3D is not recommended for treating it. I do not gather any studies indicating the effects on impotence and Erectile dysfunction. Sex drive is a matter of the brain area that might be stimulated with effects of caffeine. Continuous stimulation may cause negative feedback and may decrease the same in the long term usage of these supplements.

Nitrix, I realize also contains similar ingredients that has arginine too. So NO releasing action still is exploited for increasing muscle blood supply and metabolism. But, long term studies are lacking and no medical basis exists to support the claims of the manufacturers.

So, you are at your own risk, and I would not prescribe these supplements any day for my patients.

Let me know if I have missed out any other concern in your question.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
