Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:
See, the basic purpose of getting an echocardiogram is to understand the structural and functional integrity of heart.

In this report structural integrity is fine. However the ejection fraction - EF (functional capacity) which is calculated by machine is showing 19% which is abnormal. On the contrary, the reporting physician has mentioned it to be 50-55%. This is the discrepancy.

Thanks
