Brief Answer:
Vitamin D supplementation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query

Sorry for the delay in my response.

I have gone through the report attached.

Firstly, the cholesterol levels are on higher side, this sometimes can be seen in intermittent fasting and also in heavy workout times. The levels appear to be raised due to breakdown of fat tissue and the products of such breakdown will be circulating in blood for muscle cells to be used as energy. The cholesterol in blood can stay a bit for atleast a year or so when one has changed the life style or has taken a bit extreme diet and exercise plans.

Yes, Vitamin D is less and you need to be supplemented.

Cholecalciferol 60000 units taken once in a week for 8 weeks followed by once in a month for 8 month would serve the purpose.

Hope, I answered your query

Wishing you good health

Regards
