Brief Answer:
It is look folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The rash is look like from your hair follicle that cause infection. We called folliculitis. Occasionally, folliculitis is caused by a fungus or virus in the hair follicle, or because of another reason.
See your doctor or nurse if the folliculitis does not go away. And if the rash or bumps get larger or more painful, it is go away but then come back, and you get a fever.

Thank you, is there anything I can put on it? What about antibiotics? Does it come back or normally go away for good? Almost 2 months now, how long does it take to go away?
Is there anything that can cause this from my end? Anything sanitary?

I will go to the pharmacy to get cream specifically for this. The rash is getting smaller but I need something stronger.
Is Cefadroxil a useful antibiotic for this condition?
Brief Answer:
You just use antibiotic topical cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you again for your question. If it not getting better you may need to use antibiotic cream. It is effective within 72 hours if not better after you apply antibiotic cream you should see you doctor to see it. Make sure that infection area is clean. You dont need Cefadroxil for this condition only topical antibiotic is enough for this. If you take care that it is clean i think it will go away for good.
Hope you getting better. Let me know if I can assist you further.
