Can You Guys Suggest Any Facility Or Any Alternate Option Where This Cost Can Come Down To At-least 25k -30K For Heart Surgery?

Question: One of my friend's father(Age - 56) is in vegetative state due to hypoglycemic brain injury. His father is currently staying @ his home with 24 hour nursing and oxygen supply. Also fed by Ryles tube. This patient had previous history of heart blockage as well(Ejection fraction is currently @ 30-35%)

Now my friend has very limited financial resource and it is impossible for him to continue this financial expense like this forward.
Currently his monthly expense is more than 65K. (Oxygen, Medicine supplies, 24x7 nursing)
Can you guys suggest any facility or any alternate option where this cost can come down to at-least 25k -30K XXXXXXX So he can at-least continue to care for his father for next 6 months in a sustainable environment.

I would really appreciate any suggestion or feedback.

Hi

It is very difficult to judge his condition with out examining him, and know his condition clinically.
Best suggestion provider would be his regular doctor.
He can enquire in any NGO's where they take care of end stage.
