Can You Help Me? Two Years Ago My Total Cholesterol

Need some information my dear patient.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Though lower level of cholestrol are very very rarely associated with any problem(that too less then 50mg/dl) i would like to know that when it dropped from 160 mg/dl to 90mg/dl were you on any medications or have you started some sort of life style/diet modification etc at that time.
Lastly please tell me average amount of oil you take per day in your food and which one.
Are you concious about the amount of fat in your food?
Do you worry too much about calories or rather eat by counting macros and calories?
Eating liver won't do.
Firstly you are anemic.Kindly attach the levels with follow up (mild moderate or severe)as my suggestion would be based on severity of anemia.
Are you on any medications if yes please mention.
If possible send me your one day diet.If possible try to be more explainative for eg(Instead of two breads you may write 50 grams of bread).
Send to me your current weight height and body fat percentage(if not known take a mirror picture of your abdomen and attach it).
Weakness letharge lassitude etc are common sign of anemia then low cholestrol level.Infact at a age of 60 its a good thing if your body is maintaining an average cholestrol less then 90mg/dl.You weakness is very unlikely related to fat rather its related to the amount of macros and calories you are having every day and secondly anemia(if its moderate).
How is your digestion?
Do you digest food well?
Consistency color of bowel?
Are stools well formed?
Any constipation,Ibs etc related digestive problem.
No matter how much a person eats if its not digested then its just excreted.
Lastly as you feel very hungry all the time take a course of antihelmenthic like Albendazole 400 mg every day for 3 days. Some times tiny worm attached in our intestines sucks out all nutrients and hence patient feel weak and hungry with anemia.
Waiting for follow up reply.
Thank you and Regards!
