Can You Help Me With Some Remedies Acne On My Face Esp On My Neck?

Question: I am a 29 year old woman with history of ovarian cyst (I had a surgery in 2017 to remove dermoid cyst for right ovary). I have acne on my face esp on my neck. The acne is sometimes painful and it is always there in some form and shape on my face, jawline and neck. Please can you help me with some remedies.
