Question: i feel sad most of time, I dont know it is depression or what. Can you please help me

Thanks to be here, i angry all the time without any reason I have sleep issues since last two weeks.
i have noticed i have changed a lot Nowadays my smile happiness is just for few minute
I do XXXXXXX everyday before office and after office i light a diva in front of tulsi i feel better for couple of minutes after that i feel same. even i Chant Hare XXXXXXX Hare XXXXXXX XXXXXXX path give me temporary relief
