Brief Answer:
Lab results review

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using 'Ask a Doctor'. Your white cell count is normal. Your triglycerides are a little high, and the HDL is a little low, which, as it looks like you are already on atorvastatin 20mg, you might discuss with your doctor about increasing that to 40mg, especially if you have a history of cardiovascular disease.

Your ALP is slightly elevated, but as long as your other liver enzymes (such as AST, ALT) are normal, and you don't have any symptoms (such as pain on the right side of your abdomen), it most likely doesn't mean there is anything wrong, and you could just check it again next time you have labs done.

Your vitamin B12 is a bit low. This should be replaced, and I would also suggest talking with your doctor about evaluating for the cause of this, as it may be caused by a problem with absorption of the vitamin, which would mean you will need to take supplement B12 shots regularly.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
