Hello,
I guess the lesions are painless and no significant itching.
After going through the history and seeing the images, this looks like lesions of skin allergy.
If no improvement with moisturisers after 1-2 weeks, we can apply a mildly potent steroids. Apply DESOWEN ointment(DESONIDE 0.05%) twice daily for 2 weeks. Kindly get back to me then.
