Brief Answer:
Supplements
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back
Amongst the derangements mentioned above, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are significantly low . These have to be corrected with supplementation like Cholecalciferol 60,000 units weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months for vitamin d correction. For Vitamin B12, Tab methylcobalmine 750 mcg taken daily for 1 month would suffice.
Also, cholesterol levels are high which can be corrected with diet changes including low fat and low carbohydrates.
There are a few other derangements which do not need intervention for now.
Hope, I answered your query
Wishing you good health..

Hi doc!
Thanks for the your advice!
I checked at the local pharmacy and got the tablets for vitamin D deficiency.
For B12, I was told they have "Genericart Methylcobalamin+Pregabalin 750mcg/75mg Capsule" and they asked me to check if that is what was prescribed by the doctor.
Can you please confirm this?
Also please suggest whether to take these tablets before or after meal?
