Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,
From the results that you have attached I will advise the following:
RED BLOOD CELL (RBC) COUNT 4.83 High 3.8 - 4.8 mil/µL
MEAN CORPUSCULAR HEMOGLOBIN CONCENTRATION (MCHC) 30.6 Low 31.5 - 34.5 g/dL
Nothing needed
ESR high is a non-specific indicator of inflammation somewhere. More details are needed.
LDH high means some issue with the liver and is usually seen in alcohol. More details are needed.
CHOLESTEROL LDL 115 High
NON HDL CHOLESTEROL 131 High
Nothing needs to be done here. LDL is only slightly high
Vitamin D is low and you can take arachitol nano shots once every two weeks for 2 months alongwith sufficient walks and sunlight exposure.
Please let me know if you have any symptoms and if you can upload the reports it will be helpful
Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
