Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I was not able to clearly understand your concern. However to clarify blood passes through vessels in the body and organs. When you say gential fluids and components Im assuming the secretions which are only produced by the glands in the organs . So the answer is no they dont mix. But if you are talking about menstural related blood then there is abviously a mix as the bleeding happens because of shedding of uterine linining causing vessel rupture. Please understand that there is nothing impure considering all are bodily components. Blood is not a disinfectant. There is no clean and unclean blood.
Regards.
