I have gone through the attached report.

Report of MsTwisha shows severe Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency. She has to be supplemented with both. For Vit D , Cholecalciferol 60000u once a week for 8 weeks followed by once a month for 8 months.
For Vit B12, Methylcobalamine 7500mcg once in ghe night after food for a minimum of 2 momths would be necessary.

Same applies to Mr Gourav too..

Mr Twisha TSH is a big high, she might have to repeat the thyroid profile after 3 months from now.

There are other minor derangements, there is no need for any intervention.
