Can You Please Explain Past X-ray To Check For Hip Dysplasia Results?

Question: Can you please explain these results? They were from my sons past X-ray to check for hip dysplasia. Dr and ortho said normal. He was breech so they were just double checking. Ultrasound at 6 weeks was also normal. He does have an out toe gait that they are monitoring. I feel his feet or pretty flat too. He walks like a duck in short terms. And almost on the inside of his feet. I%E2%80%99ve attached the results and the video and pics of the gait as well. Thanks!
Brief Answer:
Can you attach xray film
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The X-ray reported as normal and there is nothing suggestive of hip dysplasia.
In the photos there is external rotation of legs and flat foot, the external rotation may be due to tightness of hip muscles and it may improve as child ages.
It will be better if you attach the X-ray picture in the followup query.
Thanks.

would he benefit going to physical therapy? and on the report under findings what do those angle measurements mean?
Brief Answer:
Slightly increased parameters
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
That attachment was missing in the previous query.
I went through the detailed description.
As per the reports the acetabular index is slightly high on one side. It must gradually decrease with age. There is a possibility of milder form hip dysplasia.
You have to consult with a paediatric orthopedic and he will direct you with various treatment options if required.
Thanks
