Brief Answer:
No disease showing in this report

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

High eosinophil could mean a fungal overgrowth or allergies. To be corelated clinically.
Other parameters like RBC, Hb, RDW-SD in complete blood count are nothing to be worried. Only avoid alcohol and drink cleaner water.

Homocysteine, lipoprotein A indicate higher risk for cardiovascular diseases lke high BP, stroke, heart problems at later life etc.

B1 and B12 are low. For this take Tab Neurobion plus for 3-4 months and recheck again. This can be continued lifelong if vegetarian diet. Avoid alcohol.

LDL Cholesterol is raised. For this avoid fatty foods like ghee, butter, cream, sweets etc. Regular exercise for 30 min a day is required.

Vitamin D is low. For this you can take Syrup Ostocalcium D3 1 tbsp daily for 3 months and recheck.

Hope this help. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Vaishalee

Hello Doctor, I am very happy to see your reply.
im Non-Veg.
If eosinophil, RBC, Hb, RDW-SD are high, how to get them into normal values?

i used to drink only wine occasionally(120 - 300ml). should i stop it completely or is it ok to continue same like that?

can you please tell me details for the following tab/syrup
Tab Neurobion plus - how many in a day?
morning/afternoon/night ?
before meal or after meal?
Syrup Ostocalcium D3 - morning/afternoon/night ?
before meal or after meal?

Brief Answer:
Medicine not needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

There is no need to get these values of eosinophil, RBC, Hb, RDW-SD in normal range. High eosinophil depicts some allergy or fungal infection. It requires drinking cleaner water and inhaling cleaner air. High Hb and RDW are non-specific, mostly due to fungal infection or alcohol use. So lifestyle changes are needed.

Yes, we can try stopping wine completely and see if it helps. Also in non-veg, please remove the fatty tissue before cooking.

Tab Neurobion plus one tablet daily any time, no reference with food for 3 months.
Syrup Ostocalcium D3 any time, no corelation with meals.
Thanks.
Dr Vaishalee
