Thanks for follow up and uploading MRI report which clearly does not reveal infiltration in Rectal wall however you need to consult your medical oncologist to modify chemo therapeutic drugs to arrest the further growth of the cancer .

MRI is more specific and detects minute changes in any organ hence more precise and reliable investigation .

Your report does not reveal any infiltration in Rectal wall but if neglected may gradually spread to Rectal wall hence I suggest you to contact your Medical oncologist to modify chemo therapeutic drug as a preventative measures d arrest further spread of cancers
