thanks for the query,
In lactating mothers, if there is no fever or yellow sputum yet and she suffers from dry cough alone, then she should opt for saline warm water gargles thrice a day and also plain water steam inhalation twice a day for next 3 days. If she feels feverish, then she can take TAB PARACETAMOL 500mg x 1 tab twice a day , which would be safe for a lactating mother.
