Can You Please Help Me With The Medications I Can Use To Get Rid Of Pimples?
Question: Hi doctor, Recently I got infected with acne and got few pimples with little pus on the top and I used the clindamycin and nicotinamide gel and it worked but the problem i see is if I stop using I am getting some more and I feel like even pimples became resistant to that as I have been using continuously. Can you please help me with the medications I can use to get rid of them fast.

I already reviewed the attached reports.
I recommend using benzoyl peroxide and an antibiotic cream such as Erythromycin cream.
You can use Benzoil peroxide an an antiseptic in the morning and the antibiotic cream in the evening.
Keep a good hygiene.
