Can You Please Interpret My Ekg?
Question: Can you please interpret my ekg. I went to ER with hand numbness and pain in shoulder. Blood pressure 162/107. X ray clear. Heart attack enzyme normal. Ths was 4.8. They released me with no interpretation of ekg but when this happened a month and a half ago the ekg showed shortness of breath

There is T wave inversion in few leads, Tab which could be due to various heart condition, Tab and one of those is heart attack.
But as your enzyme test was normal, means there was no heart attack.
Now we have to identify the heart condition which is causing to wave inversion.
For that you need echocardiography of your heart done.

Thank you! Does this one from a month and half ago look the same? I ended up in the Er twice and they never explain it was a very bad experience. I attached the ekg from a month ago. I just want to know if they show similar
