Can You Please Let Me Know If I Should Taking Any Supplementation Vit D And B12 ?

Can you please review the attached health report and let me know if there any serious concerns as such or any further tests are required?
I have been taking tablets for high BP for past 10 years or so.
I had a major stomach infection 30 years ago and was hospitalized for almost 2 years or so. It had affected my colon big time and my digestive system took a bad hit. Since then i have always led a very cautious and strict diet. Although my digestive issue remains but i have checked with my doctors in the past who have been okay with my condition considering my age of 73. Other than that, i have never had any health issue,
can you please let me know if i should taking any supplementation ?

I appologise for the late reply.
I have gone through your query and your attached reports.
Considering all the test results ,i can say that your general health situation is Ok.
1.I would recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound to see the structure of liver ,pancreas ,gallbladder and bile ducts to understand what cause your high bilirubin and amylase results.
2.Your thyroid panel.show subclinical thypothyroidism.The most common cause of this conditiin is Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
TPO test is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and selenium supplement 200mg/day can be helpful.
3.The test results show low Vit D and vit B12.
For this reason i recommend to start a supplement with vit D 2000UI /d and Vit B 12 1000mcg/day for at least 1 month.
