Question: Hi Doctor,
I recently got my annual health checkup done via my company. I'm attaching my report here. I see few things little on the higher reference values. Can you please review my reports and guide me.

Hi,
I have seen your report and dont see any thing alarming.
I see a vitamin D deficiency, your sugar level and cholesterol level is on the higher limit. In view of sugar and cholesterol levels I would recommend lifestyle and diet modification such as low carbohydrate diet and regular excercise for 35 to 40 mins . In view of Vitamin D deficiency I would recommend capsule lumia 60k . Other parameter differences can be ignored.
