Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.

Detailed Answer:
HI,

I have read your question, I reviewed the reports that you attached regarding the MRI findings and blood tests.

The MRI findings are unremarkable regarding any brain problems, the only thing there is a maxillary sinusitis or infection of the maxillary sinus.

Sinusitis may contribute to giddiness so it needs to be evaluated and treated by your ENT Doctor.

Blood tests on the other hand show high levels of glucosated hemoglobin consistent with diabetes diagnosis.

More viscous blood also is noted and marked by high red cell count and hematocrit values.

So, there is a need to start a full plan of treatment for diabetes, blood thinners such as aspirin, may be necessary to be used.

Discuss with your Doctor these issues.

I hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
