Question: Hello doctor..My LO is 2 yrs old. Her weight is 9.5kg and height is 84cm. She doesn't eat food properly. she hoards food in her mouth all the time. She is active. I am concerned about her growth. Can u please suggest any growth booster or appetite enhancer. Thanks in advance.

I have gone through the details and do understand your concern.
Parents of fussy eaters have to face these kind of problems. I suggest you to give her frequent small feed. Give food items of her choice. Avoid watching TV while feeding the baby as child gets indulged into watching TV and dont give attention for chewing or having meal.
You can give Pediasure or Horlicks growth plus with milk.These supplement helps in fulfilling daily requirement of protein,energy and other nutrients.
Get her iron profile,thyroid profile and vitamin D level done. In case of deficiency extra supplementation will be needed.
