Thanks for the query,
In early pregnancy , as most of the antibiotics and saids are contraindicated, so in cases of cold or running nose, initially she should be starting on simple plain water steam inhalation for 15 in each thrice a day along with TAB PARACETAMOL 500mg twice a day for 3 days.
If she is not relieved and fever sets in then she can be offered TAB AZITHROMYCIN 500mg once a day for 3 days for an antibiotic cover.
