Can You Please Suggest Diet To Avoid Rising Of Creatine Levels?

Question: Dear Sir/Ma'am,

In the month of April I was diagnosed with proteinuria(+++) and my creatinine level was 1.3 mg/dL. Currently my protein leakage has reduced to single(+) but with elevated creatinine levels 0f 1.5 mg md/dL.

I've visited CMC vellore twice and I'm taking losar 25 mg with fenofibrate 160mg daily along with Thyroxine 25 mg.

please find the attached medical reports.

Can you please suggest diet to avoid rising of creatinine levels.

Based on the facts and reports that you have uploaded you seem to have hiperproteinuriua without any kidney paranchymal disease .However getting a kidney diesease in future can not be ruled out.

Avoid taking excess of red meat and reduce your salt intake ,

Continue taking drugs prescribed by your physician ,
