Brief Answer:
Regarding skin problem ? Seborrheic keratosis ? Dermatosis papulosa nigrans

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Perhaps she is having Seborrheic keratosis or Dermatosis papulosa Nigrans which are quite common in elderly, though they are benign. Treatment is required only if they are a cosmetic concern, not otherwise. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the concerned area in " Reports section " so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Hope to assist you further with your query. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Dermatosis papulosa Nigra

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the Images

As i was saying before, these are Dermatosis Papulosa Nigrans (DPNs). These are only of cosmetic concern. Otherwise they are benign. They have an underlying genetic basis in most people. They can be easily removed with a laser e.g CO2 laser. You may visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

Take care
