I have Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy deficiency, can you please suggest the medicine which should be taken?

Uprise D3 60K units is correct for you, but take it once a week for 4 weeks, then take 5000 Units once a week for 6 months.

Go out for run or walk in sun with enough skin exposed to sun so that your body produces the vitamin D3 that you need.
