Question: Hello! Can you please take a look at these spots which I have in my leg and which I’ve circled? Do you think they may be inflamed hair follicles from
Shaving or something similar? I just noticed them and they are slightly raised and reddish and they do blanch when I press on them. Is there anything which I can use on them...I do have clindamycin phosphate on hand...?
