Can You Please Tell Me If Moderate Triscupid Leaky Valve Would Cause Weakness In Arms?
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern and would explain that sometimes, when there is considerable tricuspid valve regurgitation, it can cause weakness.
But, I would like to know more about these episodes of panic and weakness: how long did it last? Did you feel weakness in only one arm and leg or in all your body?
Did you lose your balance? Did you feel any palpitations?
I would recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction, which could trigger episodes of panic attacks, complete blood count for anemia, and blood electrolytes for possible imbalances.
If you felt any palpitations during these episodes, I would recommend performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to investigate on possible cardiac arrhythmia.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Wishing all the best,

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the additional information!
I understand your concern and would explain that pulmonary hypertension is not related to these episodes.
But, if these episodes occur during the episodes of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia, they could be related to the cardiac arrhythmia.
Anyway, I would recommend performing the above mentioned tests in order to further investigate on the possible causes.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
