Question: Can you provide your opinion of the attached 6 lead EKG? It's from a consumer device called AliveCor KardiaMobile 6L. I have been having periods of intermittent lightheartedness, and I'm trying to find out why. My current blood pressure is 111/70 and heart rate is 65.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you and after reviewing the holter report and ECG image attached I would like to tell you that your ECG is normal with no significant stt changes also show the holter report is showing occasional ectopics with no significant atrial or ventricular arrhythmia.

Your blood pressure and heart rate are also within normal limits so for the symptoms which you are experiencing I would like to suggest you to kindly get some blood test done which should include thyroid profile serum, electrolytes and a pulmonary function test.

Kind regards
