Brief Answer:
All fine
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for the details given.
Their height and weight are normal for their age. So we need not worry much and no need to give any special drinks. A normal, healthy and balanced diet would be enough. Just ensure adequate amount of proteins(non-veg items/dairy products/pulses/egg), vitamins & minerals(green leafy vegetables and fruits) in their diet.
If at all giving a daily drink, you can give:
- fruits/vegetable juices with milk; without added sugar
- Oats with milk
- Lassi without much sugar
Things to be avoided- junk food items, carbonated drinks, and high calorie snacks.
I hope this will address your query.
If you need further clarification, I would be happy to help
