Can You Recommend To Increase Sperm?
Question: Hi, I have Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I might be taking the medicine Evrysdi. This medicine has the side effect of decreasing sperm. This is very concerning for me. What medication (over the counter or prescription) can you recommend to increase sperm? If it is prescription, I will get a prescription here. If it is over the counter, I will purchase it immediately.

1) Are you taking Risdiplam ( Evrysdi.) since childhood ?
2) What is your precise sexual issue whether it is Loss of Libido,Erectile Dysfunction (ED) or Low Sperm count as detected on routine Semen Analysis ?
Risdiplam is not known to have side effects of sexual dysfunction as reported so far .
Your sexual issue could be primarily due to Spinal Muscular Atrophy itsel .
Please consult your Neurophysician for advice .
If you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction you can take Sildenafil once tablet one hour before sexual activity .
This will help to get good hard ercetion to have enjoyable sex .

Thank you for your reply. I will answer your question. I haven’t started taking Evrysdi yet. I don’t the problem yet. I was simply told by my doctor that some cases of low sperm count have happened as a side effect. Not ED. If that were to happen, what medication should I take?

1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
