Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query and understood your concern.
A increase level of globulin could indicate recent infection which either you are recovering or had recovered, the value mentioned is not alarming and does not require any intervention at present. I would recommend an urologist opinion in view of increased creatinine value for further evaluation.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for reverting back as mentioned earlier any recent infection ongoing or recovered could be the reason and no other test is required for globulin levels but I would recommend urologist opinion for creatinine increase for further evaluation as an acute renal condition could show an increase in levels at an interval of 4 to 5 months too.
Regards.
