sir uploaded the reports. Also in Aug 2024 I got fibroscan done. Values were 9.9 kPa and 303 dB/m
Brief Answer:
All are due to poor diabetic control
Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks you for providing reports,
See dyslipidemia and elevated liver enzymes and report of fibroscan is due to diabetes.
Your fasting blood sugar is still high.
I would suggest to add 2 medicines to your schedule to control liver fibrosis+ this would also control dyslipidemia and would help to keep diabetes in control.
1)Tab Saroglitazar (Lipaglyn) once daily in morning(b.b.f)
2) Vanoprazon 20 mg once daily.
Repeat fasting and pp blood sugar every 2nd week for 1 month.
Follow up with reports of lft ,fasting and pp blood sugar and Hba1C after that.
Regards.
