Can You Suggest Any Medicine Which Can Complement Medicines For Sleep Issue?

Question: Hello,
I have been suffering from OCD since more than 10 years. I have tried many molecules during this period. Right now, I am quite good (80%) with Pexep 25 mg CR and 2 mg of Clonotril (taken at night).
As mentioned, I have tried different molecules, but it did not work. So I don't prefer to change the molecules.
My problem is that, with above medicines, I don't get proper sleep. I generally have sleep for around 4 hours and that is also not very sound sleep. I also get vivid dreams.
Can you suggest any medicine which can complement above medicines for sleep issue? I have tried Z-drugs, Melatonin etc. However they are not helping.

Brief Answer:
Trazodone
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome here.
I can understand your situation.
I would suggest you to try trazodone for sleep.
It's however a prescription drug. Please consult your local doctor for the same. You can discuss dosage and schedule appropriate for you with him.
Thanks.
